Hmmn, I have never ever programmed the tax table so I'm not sure what happens. However that machine is pretty simple so you might want to do a service reset and start over. I'm assuming since you have a service key you know how to do that? I not comfortable posting the master reset because so often people do it when it is not needed and they loose everthing!

As far as using that key, it does not matter what key, it is the key lock mode you use. Also you might want to re-program the tables to zero then try the rate.

Hope that helps a little.

I was trying to program the tax rate in a new Sharp ER-A320, but was actually programming the tax tables. Now I can't get the register to use the tax rate. Can I easily undo whatever I did concerning tax tables? Also, I was using a SRV key instead of MA, by mistake. Thanks.
