		<description>Hi Barbara, I think you are referring to the Non-resettable grand totals. They never reset as a security measure. If you are talking about the sales per department then you are not &quot;Z&quot; the machine right.

But most every machine will have a 1 to 3 Z counters and totals that never reset. Sometimes with a service key and book they can be reset to zero. I have not heard of the machine you are using to tell you if that is the case.
