Please keep in mind that this magnetic card reader while it does read credit cards it does not process credit card transactions by itself. To process credit cards on the SPS-500 series you still require a Datacap device. If just using for cashier or manager cards nothing else is required

Please remember before attempting any repairs to first back up your register and if you do not know how we have created a simple how to video in the support section of this site. Also remember to unplug the register from power while attempting repairs.
