Following are the steps for Date and Time Programming of the Sharp ER-A320 Cash
Register.

Programming the date*

  1. Turn the mode lock key to the PGM2 position
  2. Press 2610
  3. Press the .  (Decimal Button)
  4. Press the @/For button
  5. Enter the date as MMDDYY (omit leading zero for month)
  6. Press the Cash Key.
  7. Return the Mode Lock Key to the REG Position and test.

Here is an example of the keystrokes for programming  the date of January 1, 2007 for the  
ER-A320 cash register. Remember the mode lock must be in PGM2 position
2610 . @/for 10107 Cash

Programming the time*

  1. Turn the mode lock key to the PGM2 position
  2. Press 2611
  3. Press the .  (Decimal Button)
  4. Press the @/For button
  5. Enter the time in the military system. So 2:30 AM would be entered as 230 but 2:30
    PM would be entered as 1430
  6. Press the Cash Key.
  7. Return the Mode Lock Key to the REG Position and test.

Here is an example of the keystrokes for programming  the time of 2:30 PM for the  ER-
A320 cash register. Remember the mode lock must be in PGM2 position
2611 . @/for 1430 Cash
