There are some things we need to know about your client. Here is most of the information we will need to know. Save your self some time and try to have all these questions answered before you call. If you can get the answers call us with what you have and we will see if we can help.

• If your potential client already has a Datacap Device please ask them if they own it or is it a placement. They most often never know so get the serial number of the device. Whether they own it or not we will need the serial number
• What type of cash register or POS system does your client have. We can help with any of the SAM4s cash registers and some SAM4s POS system however some SAM4s devices are computers and may be operating a POS application that we can't serve. So please find out what we are dealing with.
• What is your goal with this client, change processors to you, add EMV support or simply upgrade for compliance.
• If your prospect does not yet have a Datacap but you want to integrate them with payments tell us what type of register POS they are using.
